Farm to Table Information
Allegheny Mountain Trout
That’s what we produce. All of our trout are farm raised in the clean, cold, fast-moving waters of the Allegheny Mountains. With an average water flow of 12,000 to 15,000 gallons per minute, our trout grow up happy, healthy, muscular and tasty. (Though our specialized diet helps with the tasty part.)
From Cleveland and Erie down to Roanoke and Richmond, from Morgantown over to Philly and the DC/Baltimore metro area, you’ll find one of our farms within 150 miles.
We currently produce frozen trout fillets (6-8oz and 6oz+).
